I am the first full-time UI/UX designer that wikiHow hired. wikiHow previously had a part-time contractor splitting time between illustration and UI/UX, which eventually led them to realize the need for a full-time UI/UX position. In addition to UI/UX design, I also support teams with creating internal ads, graphics, publication design, and branding. In November 2021, wikiHow and United Nations Verified Initiative launched a free course, "How to Fight Misinformation Online." "How to Fight Misinformation Online" is available as both an email course as well as a downloadable PDF in 5 languages. The downloadable PDF revamped the course lesson template for a more polished design to showcase the collaboration between wikiHow and UNVI, and the email template reflected the new design.
